Part Owner and Office Manager
Jess is a part owner and the brains of the business operation. Her background is in hospitality and the dental industry where she has displayed excellent customer service. She is passionate about our industry to deliver the best possible service. Can’t go wrong with a double shot iced vanilla latte, small and sweet!

Blake is our all star plumber. He loves anything to do with hot water systems and loves the variety that maintenance plumbing brings. He gets a lot of satisfaction with leaving a customer happy, with a clean and tidy site with safe work completed. Prefers a flat white, no sugar because he is already too sweet.

Mark has multiple trades under his belt, with 12 years of plumbing experience. His amazing speciality is his vast knowledge of all types of hot water systems. There isn’t a hot water system that he hasn’t been able to navigate. His coffee order is a latte without sugar as he’s already sweet enough!

Nathan’s skillset is extensive in every faucet of plumbing, he is a second-generation plumber with more than 24 years’ experience. He’s always good for a laugh but he certainly gets down to business. Wade is our hidden genius! Whilst his baby face disguises his 15 years of plumbing experience, his favourite part about plumbing is that no job is the same. He loves finding a solution to tricky situations and providing great customer satisfaction. His coffee order is a long black without sugar – it keeps him powering along throughout the day. This gentle giant blows us away every single day! It’s often difficult to believe he is just a teenager having recently completed high school through his school based apprenticeship. Polite, engaged and a sponge for learning all things for his trade! His attitude and commitment will see him through his apprenticeship and all the way to the top!
